How to Load Photoshop Action
To load a Photoshop action, you can follow these steps:
- Open Adobe Photoshop on your computer.
- Make sure the Actions panel is visible. If it’s not, go to “Window” in the top menu and select “Actions” to open the Actions panel.
- Once the Actions panel is open, click on the panel menu icon (represented by three horizontal lines) on the top-right corner of the panel.
- From the drop down menu, select “Load Actions.” This will open a file dialog box.
- Locate the Photoshop action file (.atn extension) on your computer that you want to load. It could be in a folder or on your desktop.
- Select the action file and click the “Load” button. The action will be loaded into the Actions panel.
- You should now see the loaded action set in the Actions panel. Expand the set by clicking on the triangle icon next to it to see the individual actions within the set.
Once the action is loaded, you can apply it to your images by simply selecting the desired action and clicking the play button at the bottom of the Actions panel. Photoshop will then execute the series of steps defined in the action, automating the process for you.
