1. Launch Adobe Photoshop on your computer.
2. Make sure the Actions panel is visible. If it’s not, go to “Window” in the top menu and select “Actions” to open the panel.
3. In the Actions panel, click on the small menu icon in the upper-right corner (represented by three horizontal lines).
4. From the drop-down menu, select “Load Actions.” This will open a file explorer window.
5. Navigate to the location where you have saved the Photoshop action file (.atn file) on your computer.
6. Select the .atn file and click “Load” (or “Open” depending on your operating system).
7. The Photoshop action will be loaded into the Actions panel, and you will see a new set of actions or a single action depending on the content of the file.

Now that you have loaded the Photoshop action, you can apply it to your images by selecting the action and clicking the “Play” button at the bottom of the Actions panel. Photoshop will then automatically apply the predefined steps and effects included in the action to your image.
